Thanks for taking the time to get to know me better. I'm excited to share a bit about my journey with you and give you a peek into what drives me both professionally and personally. With over 15 years of experience in education and leadership development, I have honed my skills in empowering diverse individuals to thrive. My journey has taken me from classrooms in the US to leadership roles in Southeast Asia, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of inclusive learning spaces and transformative coaching practices.

During the pandemic, I embarked on a transformative journey with plants that deepened my connection to myself and the world around me. As I slowed down and became more attuned to my surroundings, I realized the importance of mindfulness, presence, and cultivating the right conditions for growth. I now integrate these lessons into my coaching practice and unique team workshops, such as terrarium building, which foster mental wellbeing, environmental awareness, and team cohesion.
