Welcome! I'm Vince Zabala, M.Ed., ICF PCC and I'm excited to share my story with you.

As a queer, Filipino American, and neurodiverse person, I bring my whole self to creating safe, supportive spaces where people can thrive. With 15 years in education and leadership development, both in the US and Southeast Asia, I've learned that real growth happens when we feel truly seen and supported.

During the pandemic, I found unexpected wisdom in growing plants. Slowing down and tending to them taught me valuable lessons about mindfulness and creating the right conditions for growth. This experience inspired Bambuhay (combining 'Bamboo' and 'Buhay', Filipino for 'Life').

Today, I bring together my passion for coaching and horticulture to support growth in all its forms. Through professional coaching, I help individuals and organizations develop their leadership, wellness, and programs. Through horticulture services, I share the joy and wisdom of plants through workshops, consultations, and plant care guidance.

I believe the strongest growth comes from feeling genuinely supported, whether that's in a one-on-one coaching session, a staff wellness workshop or while building a terrarium together. I'm here to create that space for you.
